Any valuation, offer or agreement made through the website is made by BuyYour Ltd.

2. Valuations

A valuation of your classic vehicle is only our estimation of its worth and value to BuyYour Ltd, this is not an offer or contract. Any valuation is based on the information, photos and documents you have provided and can only be treated as an opinion or indication of its worth to BuyYour Ltd. Any final offer made will be based on an inspection of the vehicle and may be different from the initial valuation.

3. Offer and Payment

A final offer to purchase your vehicle will be made if BuyYour Ltd still wish to purchase the vehicle after all inspetions have been made. If you accept the offer proper documentation will be created, such as a purchase invoice or formal offer in writing. Payment details can then be taken to arrange payment for your vehicle.

4. Your Representations

If BuyYour Ltd agree to a vehicle presented to us, you must:

1. Be the legal owner of the vehicle and in possesion of all relevant legal documentation.
2. Enter into a legally binding contract to sell the vehicle.
3. Disclose any outstanding finance or claims that could be made by any third parties over ownership of the vehicle.
4. Provide information about the history of the vehicle including any damage, defects or accidents that it has been involved in and anything else that could affect the overall value of the vehicle.
